Let it sit in a warm area for 14 days, making sure to shake the mixture twice every day. Strain using a cheesecloth and squeeze. Store this solution in a sealed, dark glass bottle.
  4. Compress allows a wound or an inflamed body part to absorb the active ingredients of an infusion or decoction mixture.
